Terms, purchases and refunds

Using CSRP services

By using this website or participating in California State Roleplay, you agree to follow the applicable community and platform rules. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the community, investigate misuse, or comply with Discord, Roblox, Ko-fi, payment-provider, or legal requirements.

California State Roleplay is independently operated and is not affiliated with Roblox, Discord, Police Roleplay Community, or any real-world agency represented in the community.

Marketplace purchases

Product descriptions explain the benefits included with each purchase. Community roles and privileges do not grant staff authority, guaranteed application success, immunity from moderation, or ownership of CSRP services. Purchases must not be used to bypass community rules.

One-time cash purchases are completed through Ko-fi and memberships through Patreon. Review the product, billing frequency, currency, discounts, taxes, and final total shown by the applicable checkout before paying. Robux purchases are processed separately through Roblox and may require manual verification.

Delivery and claiming benefits

Purchases are manually verified and fulfilled. Keep your Ko-fi or Patreon receipt and open an assistance ticket after purchasing so staff can deliver Discord roles and other benefits—including advertisements, sponsored giveaways, custom roles, emojis, and economy cash. Delivery times can vary when staff input is required.

You are responsible for signing in with the correct Discord account and remaining in the CSRP Discord where a benefit depends on server membership. Sponsored giveaways require you to supply an acceptable prize. Advertising and custom content remain subject to community rules.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Monthly memberships renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel card subscriptions from My purchases. Cancellation stops future renewals; membership benefits normally remain available until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, dispute, or rule violation requires earlier removal.

Refunds and payment problems

If a purchase is duplicated, charged incorrectly, not delivered, or materially different from its description, contact support promptly with the order reference. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, the benefit already supplied, and applicable consumer rights. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

Do not publish payment details in a public Discord channel. Contact CSRP before opening a payment dispute where possible so the issue can be investigated. A refund, reversal, or dispute may remove the corresponding role or benefit. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Promotions and availability

Promotions apply only for the stated period and to eligible products. The discount and final amount must appear in Ko-fi before payment. Products, benefits, and prices may change for future purchases; changes do not alter an already completed order.
